I believe that from the time I was born, I was destined to be in the real estate business. My father was a general contractor for over forty years. My mother owned Helene McAlpin Real Estate and was consistently top producer at the local boards throughout her career.

After graduating from Loyola High School, I went on to a rewarding academic and football career at the University of San Diego, earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Because of my mother's untimely death, I began to handle the management of the family Real estate.

In 1986, I became a licensed real estate agent and worked in a small office in Westchester. In November of 1988 I
became a licensed Real Estate Broker and opened McAlpin & Company - Real Estate Investment Brokers.

In the last 15 years, during the most turbulent of times, McAlpin & Company has become recognized as the leader in residential income property sales. From January 1998 to present, I have averaged over 50 investment transactions per year. I am looking forward to working with you.
